I'm a multi-passionate creator and coach who believes in the sacred (and, in my opinion, imperative) act of reconnecting with your Essential Self—that part of you born with clarity, passion, and innate wisdom. Serendipities make me absolutely giddy, representing little confirmations from the Universe of being on the “right path”, while finding beauty in quiet, simple moments of our everyday brings me pure delight. Through coaching, creative exploration, and meaningful connection, I help you find these moments in your daily life, and remember who you were before the world told you who to be.
